Great location, close to everything we needed. Clean room and friendly staff. the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot! We appreciated having a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room.

The walls were a bit thin, and we could hear some noise from other rooms and the hallway. the curtains were a bit sheer, so the sunlight woke us up early in the morning.

everything was very good but not exceptionally luxurious (and that was also very good because it made this place very good on value to price comparison). good rooms. good facilities. good service. front desk was not just good, they were exceptional. used the hotel for 1 day and it was good value. will stay there again and recommend it to others looking for a budget but clean, comfortable stay

The motel had a major computer problem and could not make room keys. The staff was very gracious and helpful in getting us in to our rooms when we needed. Unfortunately some guests were angry and didn't try to be understanding; however the staff remained very professional during this crisis.

The only think warm about the "Warm Breakfast" was a waffle. The coffee in the breakfast line, both mornings was very weak (colored water). However the coffee in the lobby was good.

Great room rates, free breakfast, convenient location. The room rates were affordable and the free breakfast was a good way to start the day. The hotel was located close to the places we wanted to visit.

Not a big thing - engineering bothered me a couple of times trying to take care of a leak. It would have been better if they put me in another room since they knew there was a problem.

This hotel is a nice, comfy place close to everything you need. It's conveniently located near highways, food options, and stores like Walgreens and Walmart. the rooms are clean, cozy, and private, with comfortable beds and hot showers. the lobby offers a nice breakfast for a reasonable price. the location by the Desert Classic soccer tournament is great, allowing easy access to the fields. the hotel provides excellent service and has a friendly staff.

The lobby area was nice and room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff was attentive.

The breakfast was not up to par. For the name of the hotel chain and the offer of breakfast included that should be more than hardboiled eggs, toast, 2 types of cereal and a waffle. The coffee was awful and there was no fruit (other than an orange you had to peel). The area of the smoking rooms was disgusting and the smell was everywhere on the 2nd floor. The carpet was nasty! as well as the hot tub.

Reasonably priced. Good location for our plans. The beds were very comfortable.

The shower wasn't good at maintaining temperature. The staff knew about it and were apparently working on it.

It had a good number of lamps, the blankets were good, toiletries were provided, and it was quiet despite being alongside the freeway. Also had ample parking with wide spaces, And the staff did try to be accommodating although several mistakes were made...key issued to another party, keys had to be re-issued when demagnetized, etc.

Comfort Inn did not have my reservations (two separate ones) booked through Booked.net when we arrived. However, they were able to find two rooms for us. And we didn't like that the keys were easily demagnetized, making it necessary to go back to the front desk for a new key.
